Oliver's Street Bar and Grill

Oliver's is your classic interior BC pub, except they have Murphy's on tap, which is pretty cool. You'll find you're typical pub fare, with hockey and UFC on the televisions. We're working with the bar to have the UCI world cup on one of the TV at all times, but feel free to remind them. This pub is located at the foot of the Westsyde network so if convenient to end your day.

If you're heading for lunch, you're better off at the Gecko Tree just down the street. If you don't catch them then Oliver's is a decent alternative.

Gecko Tree

This legendary establishment is located on Mackenzie Avenue right near the bottom of the Westside trail network. Its menu is loaded with creative and amazing treats with a plethora of vegetarian, gluten free and free range meat options. Crystal Baba, the owner of the Gecko has been a strong supporter of riding for years, and the Consortium is a big fan of the Gecko.

California Sushi

California Sushi has become a local institution for those looking for the 'alternative' in a town of beef and fries. The folks at California Sushi are super friendly and can roll and pretty mean dynamite or negatoro roll. Check them out for take-out or east in at their recently renovated location on Oliver Street, conveniently located across from the beer store....
