Club With summer almost upon us, the deadline for our early bird membership draws near.  Any person or family that becomes a Williams Lake Cycling (WLCC) member before June 21 is eligible to win a beautiful piece of stained glass art. Didn’t get your membership in time for the draw? Well, the cycling club still has a lot to offer. Beyond upkeep and maintenance on the entire network, roughly 180 trails and over 300km, we will be offering free shuttlesin the months of July and August.  On select Saturdays, Adventure Charters will be taking people to the tops of the trailheads, at no cost. All that is required will be your membership.  Sign up now at https://spruceregistrations.com/wlcc/register

Still wondering why you should become a member?

The WLCC is constantly working behind the scenes with other user groups and industry to ensure the protection of trail corridors and access to these corridors.  We also have agreements signed with private landowners that allow you to ride across their property without worry.

We have an agreement in place with the Province to manage these trails and the Province then works for us, holding industry to their word on their harvesting plans and making them accountable for any necessary clean up if activity is done around one of our trails. They also build us campgrounds, parking lots and rec sites.

We have an agreement with the City of Williams Lake for the maintenance of the Boitanio Bike Park and we have a partnership with the City and the CRD for a maintenance plan that they help fund.

We actively maintain our trails to the best of our abilities.  We inspect technical trail features for your protection. We seek funding opportunities to upgrade and build upon our network. We work for you, our riders.  We all want the best riding experience we can get and by becoming a member you allow us to strive for that daily.  Your support is meaningful to the survival and growth of the WLCC and mountain biking around Williams Lake. Memberships can be had for $30 per person or an ultra-cheap $50 for families of two or more.  Thanks in advance for your support.
