UPDATE September 18th – Likely Trail Grand Opening

Mark your calendars, trail opening  in Likely, BC!
Every third weekend in September, on Quesnel River and Quesnel Lake is Paddlefest time. Paddlers worldwide converge on the hamlet of Likely for one of the best river rafting experiences of their lives. Visit their Facebook page This year we are adding another level of excitement with the grand opening of a new mountain bike trail in the Likely Community Forest.

This year we are adding another level of excitement with the grand opening of a new mountain bike trail in the Likely Xat’sull Community Forest. The new trail is being built by master trail builder Gustav Vollmer with the help of Chris Purdy, another project by First Journey Trails. The trail is a one-directional shuttle trail, so bring your DH or AM/Enduro bike and check out the amazing work that went into the Cariboo’s newest trail project. The project is sponsored by the Likely & District Chamber of Commmerce, the Likely Community Forest Society and the Northern Development Initiative Trust.

How to get there: 

Take BC-97 North to Horsefly – Likely rd

Right on Horsefly – Likely rd

Left on Likely rd and follow for 71 KM
